These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Gm3yaCash application ("App") and services ("Services"). By accessing and using our App and Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App and Services.
By using the App, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Gm3yaCash facilitates a money-pooling service where users contribute money monthly, and one member receives the pooled amount each month. All payments must be made through the App's designated payment methods. You agree to make timely contributions as per the schedule agreed upon during the formation of the money pool.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App and Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms and conditions.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gm3yaCash and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Egypt and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Gm3yaCash.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Gm3yaCash, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. We will post the current version of the terms and conditions on the App, and each such change will be effective upon posting on the App or upon the date designated by us as the "effective date". Your continued use of the App following any such change constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions as so modified.
